This Bordeaux is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It is a deep, black fruit-heavy blend from Bordeaux's left bank. It is extremely complex but aging very well. The tannins are pronounced but well integrated and work well with the juice's mushroom-like earthiness. We would pair this with miso-marinated salmon with rice and broccolini.
