Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected for transit, and include the return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
