This wine is 100% Pinot Noir from the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. A classic wine from this village, full of strawberry, tart cherry, clove, and firm tannins. An extremely well made wine that will relish time in the cellar, but will also pair well with roast duck, or a Big Mac.
