This wine is 100% Chardonnay from a single vineyard in Oregon. Bursting from the glass with delightfully restrained notes of oak, green apple, pear, and grapefruit, this is a quintessential Oregon Chardonnay. A perfect candidate for cellaring, but will also sing with honey glazed pork loin, or simple grilled chicken with potatoes.
