This wine is made of 57% Roussanne, 35% Chenin Blanc, 4% Colombard & 4% Semillon. The wine is rich and textured with pure fruit. White peach, lemon zest and winter melon flavors are tied together by zippy acidity, and a touch of oak. A great wine to pair with drunken noodles or fried chicken - both spicy of course. Also a great wine to stock up on, and enjoy over the next couple years to enjoy its evolution. The 2021 vintage is a special one for winemaker Tinashe Nyamudoka, as it celebrates the birth of his daughter, Ndinawe Chipo.
