This wine is made of 100% Cannonau. Ripe flavors of black and blue fruit, wild berries, and plum are highlights of this elegant wine. We'd have this with a favorite smashburger, sausage pizza, or Tonkotsu ramen. Cannonau is food friendly and can be paired with just about anything. This is Surrau’s entry level Cannonau and the simplest expression of the grape. Aged in stainless steel and cement for elegance and purity. Cannonau is the primary red grape of the island of Sardegna.
